Island Flavors is a family-owned company incorporated in Laurel, Maryland in January 2006 by its founders, the Miskiri family. It was formally operated as a home-based catering business for over ten years. The Miskiri family collectively has over 40 years experience in the restaurant business. We provide a unique Caribbean/American cuisine that is generating a lot of demand in the community. Island Flavors, was launched with the intent of providing our service in a more organized and formalized setting.
